My first experience flying with @VirginAtlantic is not a happy experience…delayed flight meant connection missed. Virgin booked us on to an unrealistic flight …which then in turn has made us miss another flight….still stranded in JFK NYC 😡😡 first night of holiday ruined 😠

Compensation is not good enough…everyone is having to upgrade mobile data allowance so your company should be paying for that also.

Still no WiFi or TV service…day 6 now. This is an absolute joke @virginmedia …why is it taking so long? App says fixed by 15.00 hours today …and nothing. Not a single update since last week 😡😡 Are you going to refund a full family’s mobile data?

@virginmedia Still not working…and no I will not ring to be kept on hold. I’m sick of the time and date changing. We should be getting more than the daily compensation as everyone is having to increase their mobile data. Won’t be renewing my contract 😡
