IF story about the US gov installing a quarantine center in Kenya are true.. this says to me..

1. They are afraid of heavy spread in Uganda that will infect enough of the several 10's of thousands of Americans there.
2. The US facility in Kenya will be the least of Kenyans worries.. as Ebola will have already spread across Bungoma of its own accord.
