Yesterday the 8th Gr Band traveled to Revelli Hall at U of M and took part in a band clinic, class demonstration, & instrument sectionals run by music ed students. It was a great trip and the band learned about U of M, marching band, and how to become better musicians! @NCSD

An absolute pleasure seeing and hearing these @novi_ms Band and Orchestra students at the MSBOA All-State Performance. Out of 2814 students from the state of Michigan, they were selected and only had two days to rehearse as an ensemble. Truly a spectacular morning of 🎵#novipride

The Middle School Band Concert scheduled for tonight at Novi HS has been CANCELED.

This concert will be rescheduled to Monday, February 27th at 7:00pm at Novi High School. Students and parents should check their email for more information.

Both virtual and hybrid 8th Gr Band students spent some time learning the Novi Fight Song this year. With the help of Smart Music (thanks again to the @NoviEdFound for supporting us!) we were able to create a virtual performance combining their individual recordings. Enjoy!
