Given the British climate, the general quality of artificial surfaces now, & their acceptance in countries on similar latitudes, the case against artificial in the EFL seems to rest mostly on stuffy arrogance of the old guard. @tomhwilliams23 Not really. It's the most northern 24 out of all 48 making up the National League North. Their geography tends to make them somewhere between club 23 and club 28, depending on the year. They've been in the National League North before; it was the first one they played in.

Wouldn't expect youngsters from the most privileged parts of England to understand, but we feel like this unfashionable club is slowly dragging us all forward.
