Given that there's no peace agreement in sight between the US and Iran, and that Brent crude oil has rallied from $70 in July to $90 today, the Senate's motion to halve the VAT on fuel to 8% down from 16% is a great move to cushion Kenyans. 🙌🏿🙏🏿✅✍🏿
