You know what. In light of all the bullshit on the TL this week we deserve a lil treat. So please enjoy this bite sized CM update featuring drugged up somno smut. 🫶🥰🫰🌟

this is a really good example of how by changing the meaning of words you do a disservice to victims. an adult writing erotica clearly marked as erotica for other adults online isn’t grooming kids. grooming is a deliberate act that requires manipulation on a personal level
this. and while we’re on the topic, learn! fandom! history! if you care about fandom enough to engage in it, you should know about fandom history and fandom etiquette. ship and let ship + don’t like, don’t read are pillars of fandom that seem to be getting more lost as we progress.
i don’t think people should be sharing takes on the “correct” way to use ao3 if they don’t understand its history and WHY it exists in the first place. ao3 was designed by freaks for freaks. it’s anti censorship and it has strict archive rules and a strong tagging system for a reason. is not the place for puritans to start complaining that a correctly tagged fic has something they personally don’t like.
i hope the fans who are so afraid of leaving kudos or comments understand that when authors receive paragraphs for comments after a chapter update we want to kiss you sloppy style
The Author's Barely Disguised Obsession That May Or May Not Be A Fetish (They're Not Sure Themselves And Are Trying To Work Through It During The Creative Process)
Drugged? No baby! Of course not! You took a little nap, you were feeling ill, and I helped you get to bed, helped you fall asleep, and then kept you safe while you were out. You're remembering it wrong. Come cry on my chest baby. I'll make it all feel better again.
There is also the fact that Google changed their privacy policy to allow them to scrape drives for AI training. So hosting other peoples works on drive opens them up to more AI theft.
Please don't do this. You are cutting the authors off from their work and removing the community aspect. There are authors who abandon fics if they aren't getting hits and they wont get hits if readers use drives like this. These fics are already searchable and accessible via ao3
