You book Jio Air Fiber online, the expert visit your location, he investigates the place, register everything, take the payment and Boom… 🤯

Neither comes for installation nor picks up your call.

It’s been 4 days since I’ve booked Jio Air Fiber and the expert who came and took money has ghosted me. I’ve been trying to reach him via his 2 mobile numbers from different numbers, tried his WhatsApp, and everything else I could do, there is no response.

Banks charge interest, penalties, and fees on time strictly as per regulations.

But when a customer’s money is stuck due to a bank’s failure, why is there no urgency or accountability?

@RBI, are there no guidelines to protect customers?

I immediately raised a complaint and even visited the branch.

The response? “Nothing can be done until reconciliation.”

Now I’m being asked to wait till April 22 for MY OWN money despite this being a machine error on the bank’s side.

Sharing my experience:
To avoid long queues at the branch and to meet an urgent financial commitment, I deposited ₹13,000 via CDM at HDFC Charminar Branch, Hyderabad.

Transaction was unsuccessful. I neither got it in account, nor the cash was returned.

The machine counted the cash, accepted it… and then nothing. The amount was not credited.

When my loan on @Paytm gets delayed by even a single day, I’m charged interest, but if my money is stuck, it’s safe with them? 😖

Imagine you're travelling and borrow a hotspot from a stranger just to recharge your mobile number via @Paytm, but it fails.

Now you can't do another recharge because of limited balance and can't even call customer care.

It's been repaired 3-4 times in a year
