@IndiGo6E Hi, I'm looking for the refund for the flight on 23rd March from Indore to Bengaluru. PNR - AK7WFD. The passengers stayed in Bhilwara and here the lockdown started from 21st March and hence couldn't make to the airport. Please process the refund to the source.

@IndiGo6E I just had a look into the credit shell. These are for same passengers. I don't want that kind of credit. I am open to credit, but not in the restriction of the passengers. Please use a different approach.
