I’m honored to be featured in the Business section of Issue 31 of Cacique, the official magazine of @interCaribbean_ ✈️

The article, “Cultivating Talent,” written by my dear friend @riannapatterson shares the journey behind building @banjHT and the lessons I’ve learned over the past decade helping entrepreneurs, innovators, and creators thrive in one of the world’s most challenging environments.

🚀 Why talent exists everywhere, but ecosystems don’t: Building successful entrepreneurs requires more than individual brilliance; it takes intentional communities, partnerships, and support systems.

💡 The future of Haiti’s innovation ecosystem: I shared why I’m optimistic about the next decade and what we are planting with the @BanjFoundation to unlocking even greater opportunities for Haitian entrepreneurs.

📈 For every entrepreneurs, I shared three principles that have guided my journey:
• Solve real and hard problems.
• Start small, but move fast.
• Build community before chasing scale.
