It was confirmed that they have no powers on discovery, no rules apply & the bank only supplies information it chooses to.

The next words were 'why not try it anyway & see what happens'.

Business Banking Resolution Service went live in Feb after a series of delays. Since its inception in 2019 #BBRS has cost more than £23m but hasn't compensated a single business. It was set up to give small and mid-sized businesses an independent view on banking disputes.
