You will probably see more of this from the big boys so...buy LEAPS ! You can even buy them deep in the money and sell shorter OTM expiration calls against them for the poor man's covered call strat...
$GOOG 372.58 down 8 Google parent Alphabet on Monday announced a plan to issue $80 billion in equity to finance enormous capital expenditures tied to the artificial-intelligence race.
The company said it had reached an agreement to sell $10 billion of stock to Berkshire Hathaway, a rare big-tech investment for the Omaha-based holding company. It plans to issue another $70 billion by various means this year.
