I've a Mahindra XUV 500 W10 AWD silver colour (2017 model) and my car was broke down on Nashik Highway on 29 March 2026 due to a gear teeth break in Power Train Unit. Question of reliability and trust which I've totally lost from Mahindra.

Now, I am again asked to pay 63,874/- for the expenses which am not even responsible. The problem lies with ITM (not confirmed) which damaged the front differential bearings and gears again. No RCA done, only changed the impacted part. Why should I pay the additional amount ?

@18002096006 Shortage of parts and shortage of Workers, I've seen more than 200 cars stranded in the wa service station. You guys need to seriously think on customer experience first, instead of trying to become topper in Sales. Don't you know Customer is King?

@18002096006 All you can do is just say apologies but cannot fix and do RCA on my vehicle. Now this will take up another month. When my car was delivered on 12th May, I installed new tyres on 13th and immediately the problem arised. I was stranded for 5 hours in scorching heat on road

@18002096006 After 1.5 months my vehicle was received but it failed again, you guys didn't do RCA but just fixed the damaged part and the front differential was damaged again. Now my vehicle is back in wakad service station. Kudos to Mahindra for damaging my vehicle again. Thanks

@18002096006 My vehicle is at Wakad service station and still.not yet repaired. Asking cost for PTU is 41k, pretty expensive. Mahindra should focus on metal strength as well
