#dearcustomer when was the last time you checked your bank account? Cant remember then I suggest you signing on to check your accounts to make sure everything is good. It's always good to check your accounts at least once a week.
#dearcustomer a little bit of an advice: if possible always schedule an appointment whether you are going to the bank to see a banker, going to the salon, going to the drs, going to a restaurant or anywhere that accepts appointments. It makes everyone's life easier.
#dearcustomer never ever click on a link through email if your bank emails you unless you are expectingan email. Instead go to your web browser and type in the bank web address. So many scams going on and hackers taking advantage of people.
If you are selling something and someone wants to buy your item but then send you a cashier's check that is more than the amount you are asking for. If they want you to cash it then that is a straight up scam. Go to your bank first to see if the check is legit.
#dearcustomer when initiating a wire please bring in the wire instructions. We have no way of finding out the recipients wire routing number unless we google it and most definitely have no way of finding what their acct number is or the name they use. Be prepared!
Sadly now they must answer in order for the call to count. Now I need them to answer and stay on the line for a certain amount of time to count as a call. 😪
Customer thought I changed the name of the bank app on her phone. 😣 Followed with showing me another bank apps with acronyms. Told her yes that is short for says full name of bank. 🤦♀️ Just like ours, the full name of the bank wont fit on the app icon.
