@cogecohelps Thank you Sandra, the chatbots are not working very well, those give generic replies and just end in frustration, it is getting better... looks like they have half a dozen replies now, keep up the good work.

If you own nothing but Acura for the last 20 years would and you are trading in an Acura would you be considered for a loyalty discount?
I just happen to purchase my last two Acura.
