Kolkata Municipal Corporation has issued a notice to Lata Banerjee under Section 400(1) of the KMC Act, flagging alleged unauthorized construction at a Kalighat Road property.

The notice directs demolition of the deviated portions within 7 days or submission of a valid explanation, failing which the Corporation may proceed with demolition at the owner’s cost.
