- Mike Casey posing as an unregistered illegal immigrant from Haiti who was "sent here to vote." He approaches Pedro Rodriguez, Executive Director of the nonprofit La Jornada in Queens, NYC, seeking information on how to vote in the upcoming mayoral election despite not being registered or a citizen.
- Casey tells Rodriguez he arrived a few months ago, isn't registered, and was directed to La Jornada for voting info. Rodriguez confirms Casey isn't registered but directs him to a nearby community college polling site across the street to cast a vote for mayor.
- When asked who to vote for, Rodriguez advises voting for "the guy that starts with 'M'" among three candidates, implying Zoran Mondani.
