Just a week in, your boss gifts you a T-shirt , deodorant and perfume.
Automatically, you get the hint. You’re upset. Will you rather your boss have spoken to you about it directly ?

Good morning my people. How are we doing and I hope we are very grateful for life and good health.
I understand some of us are in panic mode but I honestly don't think those who are in the UK should. Stay calm and take precautionary measures.
Let me lead us through some historical facts and updates.
Successive UK Govt will always use immigrants as excuse for failure. It didn't start today and won't stop anytime soon.
History has shown that keeping immigrants out of the UK is not possible and is also detrimental to the economy and the system.
When Tony Blair assumed office, just not too long when Mrs Thatcher striped the automatic right to British Citizen from British born children, there was a shift on Immigration.
There was shortages in work force until Mr Blair had to open the labour market to European Union Ascension 8 Nations who just join the EU in 2004.
Fast forward to when David Cameron took office, the Conservative Party started their campaign against Immigrants and this time against Eastern Europeans taking over the United Kingdom.
This campaign went on and on until UK voted to leave the EU. Just as Brexit was concluded, UK fell into work force shortage and education declined which birth the opening of CAS and COS.
Now, they have started shouting immigrants are taking over etc etc.
I asked, who will do those care support work because I can bet my life that Britons won't get anywhere near these jobs.
Who will attend our Universities to give United Kingdom the billions they make from overseas student?
Anyway, UK will always get back to realise that this country can't adequately function without immigrants.
As I said previously, those who are on Graduate Visa should make every effort to switch to Skilled Visa.
Let's see what the Govt will propose. Also remember that Immigration Rules are open to challenge.
Who recalled when there was this panic in 2023 that Dependant won't be allowed on Code 6135 and 6136?
At least we have clear proof that lots of Dependant applications were approved and continue to be approved.
We are here to subject these new Immigration Rules to legal scrutiny.
Have a wonderful day and God bless us all.
🙏🙏
Greetings my people. Many of you are aware I tweeted about this proposed changes previously.
Here is the proposed planned changes
"1 - Work visas will only be available for degree-level jobs, and the minimum pay required to get one will go up
2- Lower-skilled jobs will almost never get visas (only in rare cases where there’s a major shortage - and even then, these will be strictly-limited and companies must prove they're training UK workers too)
3- Companies that want to sponsor visas must create a plan to fix staff shortages, such as offering better pay, apprenticeships, or more UK training
4- Student and family visa rules will also change - No details yet, but the Government says the focus is "control, contribution and community cohesion"
The full Immigration White Paper will be published tomorrow."
I have continually maintained that many of you should exit graduate visa as soon as possible and get unto skilled visa even as dependant.
The application may be refused initially, which is normal.but will ultimately succeed on Administrative Review or at the Tribunal with solid arguments.
This is your best best at the moment especially for families without children.
The Govt and the opposition would be brutal on immigration because of Reform Party
