@headglytch I did it every 4 days for like a month and had a pretty good experience, just hard to be consistent with the timing because you are apparently supposed to space the micros out by a couple days
not a big deal to most but I’ve always wanted to be able to bench press 225, and today I did it for the first time ever for 5 reps so I feel both very proud and very stronk today. okay back to talking about horizon/seer nerfs now
