@BlurryIsMe_ The examples you brought up, Springtrap, Oni, Baldi, and Slenderman, are all from media that doesn't have an issue with fan work using it's characters anyways. They also all released (and in Slenderman's case, where announced,) before the copy striking of Project Kaiju happened.
