@AirEuropa I've emailed, called and was frequently interrupted and just repeated that you only compensate delayed baggage if someone's at a temporary address, this is unacceptable we were without chargers, skincare, NYE outfits for 3 days w/ just vague emails w/ incorrect info

@classpass@ClassPassEng Your representative this morning had no way to apologize, to make it right, and to acknowledge the mistake. It was just entirely inhuman. Please amend the error and reissue the $35 as credit as that's only fair from being misled.
