@YodelOnline seems you’re having major issues with your Alfreton Branch. Day 1 - parcel didn’t leave depot, Day 2 - driver lied that they’d left a card… magic when there were still 50 parcels ahead of me - already wasted an hour on chat, using twitter.
are other @UPS customers in the UK experiencing this much #brexit related disruption buying goods from EU? This £70 item has been held up in Poland since 29th Jan! Getting this helpful update each day and chat service useless.
@Hermesparcels I sent an item using the Mansfield, Chesterfield Road Inpost locker, it was never collected by your driver but Inpost records show it was. Buyer received Hermes message that it's lost! I havent despite my constant attempts to contact?! this whole thing is appaling!
