@KLM Going of a script to get rid of people is not customer service.I know KLM is known for their arrogant staff but this takes the cake.I have an additional 5 hours on top of my flight,now need to stay overnight at the airport.Offering me that I may claim afterwards is a joke.
@KLM there is a difference between not being able to do anything and not wanting to do anything and you do the latter as there are services you good offer to ease the burden yet you refuse. Please do the right thing #klm#badservice#customerservice#fail#airhelp
@KLM received a flight change that not only meant an additional 5 hrs of travel but leaving earlier and staying over night at the airport amd instead of offering complementary services out of goodwill you say via whatsapp you can't offer anything 2/3

@wizzair please provide proper customer service and none of this "call back in 5 days" crap, on my booking which I have just made. If you release a booking after 24 hours then calling back in 5 days is bull #fail#badcustomerservice
@wizzair 1. But if the payment has not been received in 24 hours because you could not connect payment and confirmation code than the booking will be let go. I have reserved seats so it is very important for me to have this booking. You can easily check right now,payment has been received
