Transaction details are being shared via DM. I only hope the refund process moves faster than the response time, as customer funds were debited instantly but resolving the issue seems to take considerably longer.

While applying for a New PAN Card on 17 June, I made a UPI payment of ₹106.90 through PhonePe at 08:23 PM. The amount was debited successfully from my bank account, but the PAN portal displayed "Payment Failed".

Despite two successful UPI debits, the PAN application remains unprocessed due to repeated payment failures on the portal.

Unfortunately, the second payment was also debited successfully, but the PAN portal again showed "Payment Failed".
