Extremely disappointed with your customer service. I ordered a trouser via COD and requested a return. I’m being told my refund will be given as store credit. Why?

@indianrailway__ @RailNf Don’t know whats happening. Even the enquiry person doesn’t know when the train will come & he just keeps increasing the timings. Train no 05698 was supposed to leave Guwahati at 11.55pm, but later god delayed by 3 hours 5 minutes. Now again 1 hour

@OfficialZudio @OfficialZudio Dissapointed..pathetic customer service. Reached store by exact 9pm. But with rude behaviour from the security guard & didn’t let me enter the store . I asked for a manager but denied…pathetic .
