بعض حالات الجلطات الوريدية قد تؤدي إلى انسداد مزمن في أوردة الحوض، مما يسبب انتفاخاً مزمناً في الساق.

من خلال #الأشعة_التداخلية، يمكن إعادة فتح هذه الأوردة ووضع دعامات لتحسين تدفق الدم، مما يساعد في علاج الانتفاخ ومنع تكرار الجلطات.

الصورة توضح نتائج الإجراء لمريضة كانت تعاني من انتفاخ مزمن في الساق، حيث اختفى الانتفاخ بشكل ملحوظ بعد يوم واحد فقط من التدخل.
