Multiple profiles are not supported on Android for sure and I don't think on iOS either.
Passwords/history are supported by sync on iOS, but are turned off by default and should be enabled to use. JIC, did you enable passwords and history sync on iOS device?

Were you able to see other synced devices from Android?
