Mojtaba Khamenei a demandé, lors d’une rencontre avec Ejeï, le chef de l’appareil judiciaire en Iran, une « application ferme des sentences ».
Cette déclaration intervient alors qu’au moins 43 prisonniers ont été exécutés entre le 30 septembre et le 13 octobre.
Dans ces conditions, la communauté internationale doit agir immédiatement pour mettre un terme aux exécutions et sauver les condamnés à mort.

Selon le programme du Conseil national de la Résistance iranienne, après le renversement du régime des mollahs, les lois fondées sur la charia des mollahs seront abolies et les tribunaux dits « révolutionnaires » dissous. Ils seront remplacés par une justice et un système judiciaire indépendants. Un système fondé sur la présomption d’innocence, le droit à la défense, le droit de recours à la justice, le droit à un procès public et l’indépendance complète des juges.

مجتبی خامنه‌ای در دیدار با اژه‌ای جنایتکار، خواستار «اجرای قاطع احکام» شده است؛ این در حالیست که فقط در فاصله ۸ تا ۲۱ مهرماه، دست‌کم ۴۳ زندانی اعدام شده‌اند.
بر این اساس، جامعه جهانی باید فورا برای توقف اعدام‌ها و نجات زندانیان محکوم به اعدام اقدام کند.
طبق برنامه شورای ملی مقاومت ایران، بعد از سرنگونی رژیم آخوندها، قوانین شریعت آخوندی لغو و بیدادگاه‌های ضدانقلاب منحل شده و دادگستری و نظام قضایی مستقل جایگزین آن‌ها خواهد شد؛ نظامی مبتنی بر اصل برائت، حق دفاع، حق دادخواهی، حق برخورداری از محاكمه علنی و استقلال كامل قضات.
