@kelvmackenzie And Aer Lingus as part of that group treat their passengers with the same contempt. Flew with them last Thursday not only was the flight delayed for 5 hours the crew were absolutely abysmal. Kept on coaches at both airports and then no stairs to allow us to exit the plane.
