(Thread) Apparently there’s a pump fun competitor called https://t.co/0Il9O6dD6P now but it looks like a carbon copy of Pump which is not solving any issues.

I think competition is healthy, they help push each other to build a better product and pump could definitely use some improvement. However, straight up copying won’t help anyone and just spreads out the liquidity which hurts the traders.

If https://t.co/0Il9O6dD6P really wants to stand out, it would implement some features and make it safer to trade. Some things such as

1) Not allowing dev to sell until entry MC or maybe only a small amount. That way they will be more incline to push a project rather than doing a quick flip.

2) Not letting snipers dump entire bag, only percentage.

3) Blacklist wallets that have intentionally rugged

4) Max percentage of supply to a singular holder

Just some things that would make trading on the platforms a better experience and safer for the daily trader. That would make me more inclined to switch. But until then, I’ll continue to use the platform that has the most volume which is pump fun. What are some changes you would like to see?
