I have so many funny stories about my mother. I remember when she got appointed acting Governor of the CBK, they had this Range Rover assigned to her. She got so pissed off about it, she hardly used it. She liked her Peugeot 504 which used to jerk from a sensitive clutch.
The Ruto government is just too much. These guys wake up every single day just to conjure up more ways to cause pain to Kenyans. I know we are expected to keep government in check as opposition but it’s literally impossible to keep up with the breadth and depth of the capacity for evil these guys have. It doesn’t have to be like this bwana. When we tell you just kicking Ruto out solves 80% of our problems you best believe! Just like he did with Haiti and now Ebola, for the right amount, this one can sell us to the devil himself!
I watched Yul Edochie on Honest Bunch talking about cheating. He said when a woman cheats, she’s already done with the relationship, while a man can cheat with three women and still come home and treat his partner well because he knows how to keep boundaries.
But I hope he realizes some women think exactly like men too. A woman can cheat, come back home and still love that man like he’s the best thing after fried rice.
Some women have mastered the act so well you won’t notice a single thing except you be spirit. Lol.
At the end of the day, just pray you’re married to someone who truly respects and values your union.
Because there's nothing wrong in calling out a land grabber and amplifying the historical fight of our generation. It's a known fact. A fight I've been part of all my life.
But the misunderstanding that he is an entire community is again regrettable.
Pregnancy w/ the baby's dad around hit diff fi nthn like him rubbin your belly till you fall asleep. Nthn like him bringin you all your cravings you ask for or leaving work early cause you not feelin good & just genuinely being there for you
Stage 3 rectal cancer in a 26 year old. This is what I've been warning about. The incidence of colorectal cancer in young adults has nearly doubled since the early 1990s. We're seeing Stage III and IV in people under 40 with increasing aggressiveness.
But the real story here is the treatment. This is dostarlimab, a PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor. Immunotherapy alone. No surgery. No chemo. No radiation. 100% clinical complete response rate in mismatch repair deficient rectal cancers. The immune system did what it was designed to do.
We've known since PD-1 inhibitors were approved in 2014 that this was the direction cancer treatment needed to go. The paradigm is shifting. Empower the immune system instead of destroying it.

Between Gravity and Gossip: How Women Really Learned to Give Birth
My dear people, come closer, and let us talk gently and truthfully, and with the kind of honesty that does not shout but still insists on being heard. This story that women began to give birth lying down because of a king’s fetish sounds deliciously scandalous, and therefore it travels fast, and therefore it is believed. But it is not medical history. It is internet history. And the internet, like an overexcited town crier, prefers shock to accuracy, and prefers drama to nuance.
Yes, in many ancient cultures, women squatted, and knelt, and leaned forward on birthing stools. This is true. Gravity is loyal, and the pelvis responds kindly to upright positions, and the body often remembers what it was built to do. But the claim that modern delivery beds exist because King Louis XIV wanted a front-row seat to childbirth is not evidence-based medicine. It is gossip wearing the borrowed robe of history. It is a rumour that learned how to speak in footnotes.
Let me explain something as a gynae doctor, softly and clearly, because medicine, like good storytelling, must be patient.
Labour position is not controlled by kings, or by portraits, or by old palaces with tall mirrors. It is controlled by bodies. And bodies are stubborn, and individual, and wonderfully unpredictable. A woman’s position in labour depends on how tired she is, and how fierce the contractions feel, and whether she has an epidural numbing her legs into silence, and how the baby is facing the world, and whether there is bleeding that must be watched closely, and whether the baby’s heartbeat is behaving well, and whether we need to examine or intervene quickly. Some women squat. Some kneel. Some walk the corridor like pilgrims. Some lie down because their strength has gone ahead of them. All of them are valid. All of them are human.
So why do doctors often examine women lying down? Not because we enjoy it. Not because we crave power. Not because of some secret perversion wrapped in a white coat. But because the cervix is easier to assess, and bleeding can be seen clearly, and instruments can be used safely, and emergencies can be managed with speed instead of confusion. It is about visibility, and safety, and time. It is about not missing what must not be missed. It is about holding the moment steady when the moment is fragile.
And that famous picture being shared, the one dressed up as proof? It is art. It is symbolism. It is cultural storytelling. It is not obstetric policy. A painting does not rewrite physiology, and a viral post does not replace clinical judgement.
Here is the most important truth, spoken gently, because truths deserve kindness when they arrive. There is no single correct position for childbirth. The best position is the one that helps the baby come, and the one that keeps the mother safe, and the one her body can tolerate, and the one that still allows help when help is needed. Empowerment is not a posture. It is a choice with information behind it.
We should empower women with options, not frighten them with myths. We should educate, not sensationalize. We should respect the body, not rewrite history to provoke anger. Because anger is loud, but knowledge lasts longer.
So no, women are not lying on their backs because of a king’s sexual fantasy. They are lying down sometimes because medicine evolved, and complications exist, and safety matters. And sometimes, they squat. And sometimes, they kneel. And sometimes, they choose. And that, truly, is what real empowerment looks like.
I will never forget the time my girl blocked me and I was calling and texting her big head azz on some thirsty sht from different numbers and she wouldn't answer, so I came up with the idea to text her some sht like "I'm coming to you as a Woman, I've been fucking with Roy for a min now, I don't wanna talk through text so can you call me"😩 She called that number so fast only to hear me on the other end like "babyyy pleeeeaaaaassseee"😭
The way they talk about Nicki Minaj's husband makes it sound like he was an adult touching children. Even I didn't know the charge happened when he was 15.
A WOMAN AT 34 DOESN'T HAVE "1KB" OF EGGS REMAINING, NEITHER IS SHE AN INCH FROM MENOPAUSE
YES, YOU ARE CORRECT. IT'S GOOD TO ADVICE WOMEN TO MARRY EARLY. BUT, IT'S THEIR CHOICE.
Dear @guzu_p,
let us begin with the science, gently, because truth should arrive softly and not as a slap. A 34-year-old woman does not have “1kb of eggs left.” That is not biology, that is internet folklore dressed as wisdom. According to RCOG guidance, fertility declines gradually and not like a cliff, and many women in their mid-thirties conceive naturally and safely, and menopause is not standing at the door with a suitcase at 34. For most women, it comes later, in the late forties or fifties, and so if we must speak, let us speak with facts and not fear, with data and not drama.
And then there is this talk of 'prime' and “value,” as though a woman were fruit displayed under fluorescent supermarket lights, waiting to be judged for sweetness and shelf life. You speak as if youth is obedience and ageing is punishment, and as if time itself were a moral examiner. But women are allowed to grow, and to choose, and to delay marriage, and to marry early, and to marry late, and even to not marry at all. Biology does not moralise her choices. Medicine does not scold her choices. Only society does, and society often confuses noise with knowledge.
You say women “age like milk” and men “like wine,” and yet you forget that wine, too, spoils when badly kept, and that character ages better than skin, and that kindness outlives beauty. A marriage built on fear of wrinkles will always be more fragile than a marriage built on readiness and love. And this idea that a woman must be “humble in her prime” is troubling, because humility is not submission to men’s timelines, and a woman’s body is not a public project, and her womb is not a countdown clock for your philosophy. She is allowed to succeed and to explore and to rest and to change her mind and to still want companionship later, just as men do, and without being punished with mockery for it.
So let us be careful, and let us be honest. Correct science says: 34 is not infertility. Correct humanity says: no woman deserves body-shaming disguised as advice. Correct wisdom says: people marry when they are ready, and not when strangers approve. And if we must speak of “value,” then let us finally agree on this, A woman’s value is not in her eggs.
It is in her mind, and her health, and her joy, and her freedom to choose love when she is ready.
I can't find the right words to explain how I feel right now. I'm not happy or sad. all I can say is that it feels empty but at the same time it feels heavy, everything hurts. my heart feels heavy that I just want to cry, I need some rest, but I don't know how and where to find it
Many people all over the world will be celebrating Christmas; little do they know it has nothing to do with Christ. This holiday is one of the most pagan holidays of the year, if you don’t believe it’s one of the main holidays that’s listed on the Satanic church website. There’s a major problem if you’re celebrating the same holidays as a Satanist.
Colossians 2:8
Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ.
