Four LONG years of relentless hustle.
Countless late nights in my studio.
20–30 SFCA senior jurors scrutinizing every penstroke.
Months of nail-biting silence after submitting my absolute best pieces for in-person jurying. And then… last night… THIS EMAIL.
“Congratulations on receiving your Signature Membership status (SFCA)”
My face hurts from crying, happy tears.
My shoulders just dropped three feet.
I feel like I’m floating. This is the highest level in the Federation of Canadian Artists – an exclusive club of Canada’s top artists.
And I’m IN. Unanimously. They saw my voice, my vision, and said: “You exceed our standards.” This year was the most intense artistic marathon of my life.
Pushing consistency.
Pushing excellence.
Pushing through doubt, fatigue, and imposter syndrome. But I never stopped showing up.
And now?
I get to sign SFCA after my name.
I get to jury exhibitions.
I get to mentor the next wave.
I get to stand with the legends.
On Thursday, October 30th, though I can not attend in-person, Vancouver (Granville Island!), is recognizing me and my works at the "2025 SUCCESS!" Exhibition.
If you’re local – come celebrate from 6–7 PM at the Federation Gallery!
To every artist grinding in silence:
Keep going.
The jury will see you.
The work will speak.
And one day, you’ll get the email that makes it all worth it. I’m still shaking.
Still crying.
Still Lasha, SFCA.
Thank you to every juror, mentor, collector, and friend who believed in me.
This isn’t just a title.
This is a lifetime achievement.💪🖋✨️
(P.S. If you are headed to the gallery, hug my ink works. They earned this, too.)
It is not a war upon faiths that now unfolds across our fractured age. No, it is something quieter, more insidious: a slow corrosion of the human soul itself. A quiet rot that renders the immoral not merely tolerable but normative, until the very compass of conscience spins idly in the void.
This coming conflagration will not be fought over doctrines of salvation or sacred texts. It will be waged for dominion absolute over mind, memory, and the last uncolonized frontiers of the spirit. Such struggles are not novel; history has rehearsed them in the shadows of every empire that mistook power for eternity. What is new, however, is the unexpected convergence: men and women of every creed awakening to a deeper allegiance. Not to rival liturgies, but to the shared architecture of humanity’s moral intuition. A silent, cross-cultural republic of the soul is forming, bound not by dogma but by the universal recoil against the desecration of what is sacred in humanity.
Yet there are those who choose otherwise. They feel the ancient disgust rise in the gut, the instinctive tremor that once warned the species of peril, and they silence it. For comfort. For acceptance. For the hollow applause of the age. In that moment of deliberate numbness, they do not merely compromise; they barter away the last honest fragment of their being. They sell their souls and, in the same transaction, the sovereignty of their nations.
The true battle line is etched within: between those who still honor the inner voice of moral revulsion and those who have trained themselves to call it prejudice. The corrosion advances not by conquest but by the surrender of the heart. And in that surrender, empires fall long before the first shot is fired.
This poem came through me as a whisper: What if we stopped gripping control... and simply remembered who we are meant to be. For our children, our bloodlines, each other?
Read it slowly. Let it ache a little. Ask your heart the hard, gentle question: Am I living the strength and love my ancestors hoped for... the kind my grandchildren will need? If it stirs you, even uncomfortably, share it. Speak it aloud. Let it wake what’s sleeping inside.
We heal the world one remembering heart at a time.❤️🩹🌱❤️
Interesting connection, Carney's disclosed holdings include Lululemon shares. With Lululemon as the official outfitter for Team Canada's 2026 Olympic kit, it raises an eyebrow... especially when you see his wife Diana Fox Carney's go-to style of loose, voluminous, almost blanket-like draping that feels more like home decor than high fashion. It's almost like the national team is channeling the PM's household aesthetic. 🤔
Makes total sense now, Mark Carney's got Lululemon shares tucked away in his managed investments. And who's dressing Team Canada for the 2026 Olympics? Lululemon, of course. It’s basically a mirror of his wife Diana's everyday wardrobe. Those god-awful, oversized layers that scream, "I threw a blanket/curtain/sheet over myself and called it fashion."
Perfect synergy for padding those pockets while our athletes rock the same questionable attire.
Mark Carney's ethics disclosures show he holds shares in Lululemon Athletica through a managed investment account. Meanwhile, Lululemon is the official outfitter for Team Canada at the 2026 Milano Cortina Olympics, dressing our athletes in their gear... just lining his grubby little pockets!
@brianlilley No, Carney is desperately working towards starting a WAR. He, his buddies in the WEF, and all the corrupt Liberal party caucus profit from continued CONFLICT. Shame on all of these fascist war mongers!
