@Arriva_NL There's a difference between CARRYING and DRINKING... isn't it? The bus was half empty, no one to bump into. He was just being petty for nothing or he woke up in the wrong side of the bed... messing up my day like that! It's a shame!!!

@Arriva_NL The stoptrein from Kerkrade is never on time, doesn't matter if I want to take the 7h/7h30/8h/8h30... therefore I cannot make the connection with the Sneltrein. It's a split minute from one to another so a late stoptrein make one's late for work... and it's on a daily basis!

@Arriva_NL The train came late at 7h31 then make it even longer and leave the platform at 7h37. Therefore missing the Sneltrein for 7h46. Unbelievable!

@Arriva_NL Arriva trains are never on time. The one from Kerkrade Centrum is the worst of them all... Never can make the connection With the Sneltrein because of your lateness. The drivers got attitude and never make up for the lost time, took ages from one end to the other...Shameful!
