Almost every successful person begins with two beliefs.
“The future can be better than the present, and I have the power to make it so.” — @nytdavidbrooks
Self-compassion isn’t some New Age fluff.
Your self-talk bleeds into your trading.
If you treat yourself like an enemy, the market will reflect it back to you.
My point is to become comfortable in holding your money in stables, don't be biased and only buy something if it has your conviction.
You are exhausting your mind (and money) by thinking that everything will go 10x soon and having all your money in coins rather than stables.
If you stop thinking in bull and bear markets and only hold very high conviction plays or just stables, you will be much more open to all the opportunities in the crypto space.
Which you now can actually do something with because you don't have your money locked in a losing coin
Meditation doesn’t make you a better trader directly.
It makes you more aware of yourself.
And that awareness becomes the discipline that keeps you aligned when emotions pull you off track.
