@BenKentish I agree, but Tapp's suggestion is still constitutionally illiterate and divorced from the reality of parliamentary democracy. Australia went through a similar period last decade and eventually it left the political system's blood.

@BenRothenberg Not expecting too much at Wimbledon, he's only made one 4th round in nine attempts, and, outside of Federer, winning Halle has not been a great guide to success at SW19 in recent times. However, he is certainly one to watch on the US summer hardcourts.

Dan Evans after being refused a main draw wild card for his last Queen's Club appearence.

“It would have been a classy gesture to give me a wild card, but obviously that was lacking on this occasion and I was in qualifying. I think wild cards are a good thing for Brits. I would say you hope to do enough years of service for your country to maybe get one in your last tournament at Queen’s, but that wasn’t the way they went."

@SimoninSuffolk @paulajaynebyrne It's a wonderfully vivid biography. Excellent Women is brilliant, I also really love A Glass of Blessings, but my favourite is The Sweet Dove Died, just a perfectly formed novel.
