France killed millions of people in Africa but we don’t blame every French citizen for France’s colonial crimes in Africa.

We don’t blame every German for the atrocities of World War II or their past treatment towards Jews

We don’t blame every American for U.S. war crimes all over the world and their killing of millions of people in the Middle East.

We don’t blame every Belgian for the horrors committed by Belgium in the Congo where they killed 10 million Congolese people

But when a few Argentine players or fans behave in a racist way, suddenly 46 million Argentine people are “all the same” and become racist automatically ? Even though Argentina does not have a history of overseas colonization or large-scale colonial brutality like Britain, France, Belgium, Germany, Portugal, Spain, or the United States.
