@CorrectsYourBS@ljmontello Depressing that this is the response you all give when you realize you’ve left the world in a worse place than you entered it. Your generation has imposter syndrome because of the giants that were your parents and you all think your kids don’t work. Embarrassing. God bless.
@TWilli1970@BullyEsq The attitude you see in that tweet is caused by your generation’s callousness towards the condition of the country young people are growing up in. Many of your era are functionally reaping what they sowed on this topic in terms of intergenerational relationship.

@sparsons9753@dehlers2 You guys, as a generation overall, had it so good and grew in such a vastly different world that you don’t even know what constitutes extravagance today. Large majority of you think it’s defined by iPhones and takeout. It’s hilarious to witness but so frustrating to deal with.
@Thekev74@satchmorian@thatgroyper2@NBlikes43312 You’re absolutely correct. Tons of people who are God-awful with their money. Doesn’t change anything about the people who aren’t and still can’t get ahead because of the conditions we have now.
@Thekev74@satchmorian@thatgroyper2@NBlikes43312 Do you know how many of us would trade in amazon, DoorDash, whatever other scapegoat you want to bring up for the vastly stronger financial environment of the years following that time? No one worth their salt would trade a better chance at home ownership for an iPhone
@Thekev74@thatgroyper2@NBlikes43312 It’s not just “entitled hipsters,” it’s a majority of the age group. The zoomers busting their ass won’t even have half the opportunity that the boomers who busted their ass had, and yet for some reason the older generations almost take pleasure in this and can’t acknowledge it
@Thekev74@thatgroyper2@NBlikes43312 I have to believe folks like you intentionally miss the point of these posts because if you’re actually that dense, God help us
@sunsaunaandste1@BostonFren_88 This is a fair statement for the most part, but claiming that the spoiled generation lives now and not during one of the most economically prosperous times in the history of the country is next-level projection.
@stevene97805198@BostonFren_88 The concept of leaving a better world to your children was a readily agreed upon ideal until seemingly recently. George Carlin wasn’t right about everything but boy did he hit the nail on the head with you guys.
Boomers cannot admit that the economy is bad because of the implication that it is the result of how they voted for the last 50 years. Boomers, of course, can do no wrong and had it as bad as today’s youth when they were growing up. Therefore, blame the youth!
