Subscription is auto renewed and my account debited without my consent on 12 May 2026 for next 6 months. Raised a ticket immediately but no reply yet on the ticket for refund.

@JioMart_Support From last 4-5 days, my all orders through #jiomart are being cancelled and refunded. It causes a lot of inconvenience. Stop accepting orders if you cant deliver them.

@JioMart_Support #jiomart Employees get the heavy discounted items billed for themselves or shopkeepers who they know And cancel the online orders.
It mostly happens with discounted items. Pls investigate. It should always be in stock when it's available online to buy.

I was trying to return it well within valid return window but your app dint work n showed d return window wrongly till 29 APR. But return option was gone on 28th.

I'm not sure why it's taking so long. It's simple,
1. the returns option on your app wasn't working,
2. it was showing wrong return date.
Thus, it's your duty to accept return.

While scrnshot shows return windw till 29th APR. Neither I nor ur exec is able to create return. Stop defrauding customer.
