@KSingh_1469 India sent rescue teams in 2015, legitimate help. Then choked Nepal for 4 months over a constitution they didn't approve of. Even the UN called it illegal. Rescue then blockade. And Nepal is the hypocritical one? That's rich.
@KSingh_1469 Mindless benevolence? You mean the 2015 blockade right after an earthquake that killed Nepals economy? Or the water treaties India ignored for decades? If that's benevolence, I'd hate to see hostility. Sympathy may not be currency, but hypocrisy sure is.
@KSingh_1469 BJP government called their own citizens 'dimagi naxals.' Consider the lengths they'll go with propaganda just to score sympathy points back home. There's a reason India isn't popular with its tiny neighbors.
@Rajveer08288582@Wellutwt Appreciate the take, but let's be real. Nepal has never once used 'China merger' as leverage with India. Not once. You're fighting ghosts, my friend.
@radagonabhi@airfilter32 You’re literally insulting Nepali people yourself while claiming they’re wrong for supposedly looking up to China. Saying “even the Chinese wouldn’t spit at them” is just another insult. The hypocrisy is pretty obvious.
@airfilter32 Why do you need so badly to make a natural disaster about India vs. China? People are dead, families are missing, and somehow your priority is farming outrage and attention online.
@IndianSinghh At this point, any geopolitical take from Indian accounts should just be ignored and blocked. They keep getting further from reality. Disagree with your neighbors all you want, but using a tragedy to spread propaganda and hate? That's just low.
Nepal is paying the price for a climate crisis it barely caused.
A warming Himalaya is making glaciers and extreme weather more dangerous. Yet parts of the West still debate whether climate change is real.
For Nepal, it’s not a debate. Its lives, homes and livelihoods.
@Avacado_Op It wasn't China, wasn't the earthquakes; the flood was so massive it caused earthquake-like readings as per USGS. The cause was good ol’ climate change.
Nepal is paying a devastating price for a crisis it barely caused.
Those who contributed the least are losing homes, livelihoods, and lives. Meanwhile, those most responsible still deny climate change.
For Nepal, climate change isn’t a debate. It’s already here.
@GuyATL This managed to sweep through trucks, bridges, and boulders (as seen in different videos). Being in a car would not have helped, finding higher ground or dying trying was the only viable option here.
@Manvi_World After I have made a request, how many days will it take before the process starts? I'm going to need a tracking number and is there an express option?
I remember when you would search a simple question and be rewarded with a 4,000 word article, a table of contents, and seventeen ad breaks before finally discovering that the answer was 'yes.' I miss it. I'm old.
@KumarRahul65453@LeadingReport If unqualified Indians are taking jobs away from Americans, that should tell you the real issue isn't Indians or immigration. It's something else entirely.
