@latsondheimer Surprised Jim Blewett, Coach of Manual Arts HS, isn't on the list. He dominated the L.A. City Section in 4 decades in the 1930's to the 60's. He was on the L.A. City Section Hall of Fame list a couple of years ago.

@jbritts @johncanzanobft If Little League Baseball penalizes any team or player for that act of emotion then they should shut the entire operation down. That display should be the hallmark of what they are trying to teach these kids. Sportsmanship. That makes the game worth watching. It builds character.

@mike_horoho @CheDurante @HonestLarry1 Sorry I don't agree with that. Just locally here the USC vs UCLA Track Meets would draw turn away crowds in 1972 of 15,000 annually. Now a day that meet draws about 1,500 each year. Its not even close. Popularity of a sport and what an athlete can earn are 2 different things.

If he has had no character issues in the past with players be allowed stay on.
