@DVLAgovuk after completing 12 months on international license, can we drive on a provisional license. Do these 12 months start after residency(183 days in UK)? The guidance on the website is not clear. Plus we are not getting any appointments for tests in the next 24 weeks

@OnePlus_Support The broken tv screen that @OnePlus_IN put in after one month was actually a local screen. Looked like an old screen from some other repairs.

Now they are asking us to raise another request as they have closed the old one.

Thanks for your reply.the problem is they sent my application back and it says send the completed application back. It was already complete. I don't know what I am missing there. I need to apply for a visa now so I won't be able to send my BRP again for a month.

@DVLAgovuk my BRP was sent back after verification from dvla
Now I got a letter with application "we require you to return your identity documents.Please return the application and ID" why do I need to send the ID back and is there anything that I need to update on application?

@DVLAgovuk I checked this link and I shared an ID that is in the list of accepted IDs. It is really not possible to reach DVLA on phone. All lines are always busy

@DVLAgovuk I tried calling so many times but it looks like it is not possible to get a response from from anywhere except Twitter. I have tried emailing as well.
