@XboxSupport I assumed that meant that this issue was fixed. This error only shows for Minecraft even after clearing the cache on the console. Been waiting since November, fix this!

It shouldn’t be that preordering an item at 1pm instead of earlier because I had to go to uni pushes delivery back so much. Next time I’ll just wait for local stores to get more stock in

@ASUS_ROGUK I should not have to go through FiveTech to find out that the item that I preordered with the hope of getting it day one, will not be getting here till December. That could be two months after release. Surely you could have emailed us to let us know earlier.
