Terrible customer service and no human available to talk with.

A fantastic feature story by CoJMC graduate Ryan Robertson (Anchor/Reporter), Brett Baker (Senior Producer), Brian Spencer (Video Editor), Dakota Piteo (Senior Motion Designer) on "Running Towards the Fire" published today on Straight Arrow News.
