To all the #Year6 children up and down the country that are sitting #SATs this week.
There is a long way to go on your #education journey. This is just one of many events that that will shape your future.
If you have done your best, then we cannot ask for more.
After a full, fun-filled day of activities, and as it has been so wet we are chilling as a group in the rec hut. Games, reading or a DVD.
Looking forward to a good night's sleep and more activities tomorrow.
Good morning.
The children settled down once the excitement/nervousness of being away from home over night. Over the last hour or so they have started to wake up judging by all the chatter going on.
Weather is not looking great, but the activities will continue
It's our last day. Last nights disco was great fun. There is a rumour that Mr A. Was seen doing the #Macarena. ( Badly #DadDancing)
In the field behind our lodges the cow were gently mooing the children off to sleep
Well, last night was a great result for England. So a relatively late night for our children. It looks like the weather is great again today for the last group to go #PaddleBoarding.
Unfortunately the weather was not on our side today. Did that stop us?
No Way! Raft building, climbing, high and low ropes were among the activities. Ending the day with #ToastedMarshmallows round the campfire as a whole group.
#year6residential
Fire starting, raft building and mountain biking are some of the activities today! We have already seen brilliant examples of determination and perseverance.
