The award goes to none other than @makemytripcare and @deepkalra.

There is no way you can talk to a human being - even in urgent situations. My flight from SFO to Delhi was cancelled and I have been struggling for two months to get my refund. During these two months, not even a single time I have been able to talk to a human being.

If the bot that they have implemented, was submitted as a first year engineering project, would have got a definite C-

MMT case study alone has the potential to damage the perception that AI led customer support can be of any value to customers.

Our AI Agent is named Lana. We chose the name around 3 years ago when we started building Legitt AI.

The idea was simple - the name should start with L and easy to pronounce across the globe.

Last night while brainstorming with Claude - I gave it a task to compare Lana capabilities with some of our competing AI Agents.

Claude started the answer with - LANA (Legitt AI Negotiations Assistant)...

I had never thought of Lana as an acronym and its full-form. But, Claude, without asking, did.

And, I now can't go back to thinking of Lana not being a Negotiations Assistant.
