I agree but the math is wrong. Your bill which is $100 includes $2.13 in their labor which is probably divided by 5 tables. So my bill is $100 + tax + tip. No wages show up in the total. $126.50 is the total bill. Some further math is they are taking care of 5 tables so they are making 5X$20/hour in tips = $100/hour in tips. Not every hour will they make this amount. I'm not sure why you are explaining the math when you apparently don't know the math.
