@Lthierry_______@Bornakang I wanna shop where you do. My stores are all twice those amounts except for onions tomatoes and beef. For me it's around 40 for the raw ingredients. Add in the 700 ml sodas for 1 dollar each and I could save 99 cents if I make it myself. Worse fries though, no oil fryer at home.
@TheDavidVinc It's a little rough. Unless the story is about how uncool his dad is that he won't let him skateboard inside the house. Like jeez dad, don't have cow, Johnny's dad let's him do it. When he's 16 he's gonna get in the car and just drive
@Nobleshield@KavusV It sounds like you wanted the combat to kinda suck. What would you like the combat to be like? I think the only tropes you left out were mash x to win and dynasty warriors style
Mixtape is a 10/10 because it is a game that gaming journalists can beat.
The gameplay is a 0/10; simple QTE's, walking simulator, and auto scrollers that play themselves, does not deserve a 10/10.
It feels like gameplay takes a back seat when modern games are made.
3/10 max
@GrandPOOBear Gonna be honest, this menu has a lot of cool stuff in it. Would be neat to do golden eye style unlocks for them. But calling anyone who thinks it makes it easier a pussy is just rude. One of the options is literally "easier" so they aren't wrong. what a weird thing to say
This 2-brush system for goats by Schurr Gerätebau is designed for unproblematic use of horned animals with no risk of injuries for the animals. It's automatically activated by the animals' presence
@GotYerGt1@DirtyBeastGames To add, people can use things that aren't cheats or lowering a bar to get on a level playing ground. Going with my previous example, Terry Fox got a prosthetic leg and ran a marathon to become a legend. He didn't shorten the distance or request an advantage or easier difficulty.
@GotYerGt1@DirtyBeastGames Consider a marathon. Someone trains hard to complete it. Then someone with 1 leg who wouldn't be able to run in the race is given a car as their assist. Anyone can choose to use the assist. All that's recorded is that they finished. So the running is diminished as anyone can doit
@AlwaysSlush@Kayhotic_Games@StilesClover_@WeatherFell Mostly yes. I'm not talking about one specific video game. But it's an identical situation otherwise. Removing or lowering a bar makes the achievement lesser. It's not a complex idea. It's ok for some people to not be able to accomplish a feat due to personal limitations.
@AlwaysSlush@Kayhotic_Games@StilesClover_@WeatherFell The same could be said for any Olympic game. They are all recreational activities but they still display a person's commitment to bettering their ability to overcome a difficult challenge.
@CalebVillarrea7@bridgerald@StilesClover_@WeatherFell You are right. Some game achievements could be harder to do, but you at least see how an easy way to cross a finish line diminishes the perceived value of an accomplishment all the same
@Kayhotic_Games@StilesClover_@WeatherFell People who can't achieve something should not be able to achieve it. I shouldn't be able to win a gold medal in shooting, I don't have great eyesight. Giving me infinite shots to get my best shot doesn't make me feel better, it only makes it less impressive for someone who did it
@bridgerald@StilesClover_@WeatherFell I suppose it doesn't. If I take a helicopter up to the top of Mount Everest I should be able to brag about getting to the peak the fastest. That doesn't devalue anyone who climbed the mountain right? Even though it's less impressive to get to the top slower than me.
