@pwaggs @ElectrifyAm @Mike__Moran Except derating charger 01 and 02 for 3 months makes sense for 03 and 04 to be fully working chargers. My concern, as with so many other who use it at 5am or 7pm is ALL but one are fully Down, and 02 is still only at 30kw.

@ElectrifyAm For months, the Lawrenceville NJ station has been non functional at 150kw. Half the stations max was 40kw. Today, all but one charger, at 30kw are working. Been like this for 5 weeks. When will you support this station?????

@ElectrifyAm Maybe one day, ill actually see 195kW speeds from a 350kW @ElectrifyAm. Battery was preconditioned, nearly 50 degrees outside. 4 stations. 1 down, 1 occupied. WHAT PERFECT CONDITIONS ARE REQUIRED????? I can’t tell if it’s the @BMW or @ElectrifyAm.

@ElectrifyAm Yet another station, 50% chargers down for multiple weeks, and currently, the highest output is 41kW, for ANY vehicle. @BMW the 30 minutes of charging on EA is not getting the advertised kW using DC fast chargers (between NJ, NY, and PA).

@ElectrifyAm I really like this station in King of Prussia. 350kW chargers. Success! EA allowed me to charge at 203kW, but only for a few minutes. It dropped more than 50% in 10 minutes!! So explain to me why. Batt is warm. Temp is decent. Car at 30%, and yet at 203kW, still takes 1hr??!

4 month new BMW i4. Tires shreds on highway. Tire warranty sold thru BMW left us stranded on NJ trnpke at 11:30pm. 911 towed us. Home 4 hrs later. Car stranded. Called BMW roadside today. Never returned my call. Customer service is secondary I guess. @BMWUSA @Allstate @Pirelli
