It’s been 199 days since I took over as CTO of Kilroy.

There have been a lot of highs and lows along the way.

Honestly, trying to push a meme coin in a rotation market has been one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced.

It taught me a lot, not just about people, but also about myself and my own limitations.

I underestimated the market and was pretty naive going into a CTO without any supply control.

But over the past few months, I’ve learned a lot of valuable lessons and made many great friends and connections along the way.

I’m genuinely grateful to everyone who kept supporting $Kilroy and supporting me, even during the terrible price action.

At this point, a lot of you feel more like friends than just community members, and I always look forward to our weekly VCs.

What happened in the past is the past. We’re entering a new chapter now, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.

My goal is simple: build one of the strongest communities on Solana.

I’m done focusing on price and charts. From now on, my full focus is onboarding people and building the community, slowly, consistently, and in a sustainable way.

I’m treating this like a marathon now. I want Kilroy to still be alive and thriving a year from today.

That’s the mission: to build something that lasts. A true community.

Will I succeed? I honestly don’t know. I have been real with yall since day 1 and would never overpromise or oversell the project (like every KOL is doing).

However I do think we have a real chance. Not because of me, but because of our amazing community.

We have some of the best bagworkers in the space who keep showing up every day. Besides that we amazing core holders who have been holding for months now.

If we win with Kilroy this would be so good for the whole space, and I'm sure lots of people will support us again once we get some momentum back.

How we're gonna get the momentum back? Well that's gonna be a hell of a challenge, but we're gonna try it anyway!
