So peed off with politics in our country.
Backtracking on a £500k cap on donations is in itself ridiculous,
Nobody gives £500k without expecting something in return. Burnhams already being duplicitous to suggest otherwise & now backtracking on a cap
Unsurprisingly disappointing!
John Healey should now resign for misleading the electorate
June 11 26
He quit with a ‘blistering’ swipe at Starmer over govt’s military spending plans stating that the long-awaited defence investment plan “falls well short of what's required for defence”

"Chancellor resigned as defence secretary in June over what he saw as inadequate ambition for military spending by Sir Keir Starmer’s government" 🤔 Resign?
Healey to shelve his own defence spending target of 3% of GDP by 2030 https://t.co/4eUiAVI4wV
Oh for heaven's sake !
Keir Starmer already did that !
Do keep up 👇
Labour seeking ‘deeper relationship’ with EU under Burnham, new minister says https://t.co/LjAbOljk6K
Well, well, well @YvetteCooperMP Did you miss this announcement in May when Keir Starmer made it? Stop taking us for fools. It will be @UKLabour's downfall.
It’s still a bit rum that a Defence Secretary who resigned because of inadequate defence funding is now the Chancellor of the Exchequer satisfied with the same inadequate defence funding.
@PolitlcsUK Remarkable - achieved this after 3 weeks?! These new neighbourhood health centres were first announced on July 3, 2025 by Starmer. plan is to build up to 250 neighbourhood health centres to house GPs, nurses, care workers, mental health etc

John Healey has been UK Chancellor since 12 July..20 days. NOT ONCE in 20 days has Defence Secretary Wes Streeting nor anyone in UK's new Burnham govt complained about Treasury not committing to 3% on defence spending. So @JohnHealey_MP..you resigned to force Starmer to quit?
We can remember what PM Starmer said about the new and additional 14 technical colleges and the extra funding for apprenticeships.
If we can remember, how can you a Labour MP forget so quickly Lucy ?
Burnham acting as if Keir had been leading an opposite Party. How long do we have to put with this bollocks. Members of the Keir’s Cabinet who continue in Burnham’s, are you going to stay silent while he is claiming Keir’s plans as his own. Or are you just spineless backstabbers?
The big cabinet reshuffle takeaways so far … if you stayed loyal to Starmer you are out, if you leaned on him to go you are rewarded with big jobs, if you resigned you get a very big job, and if you plotted the coup you get to sit on Andy’s lap in No 10.
My grandsons have benefitted in the last 2 years from 30 hours childcare, breakfast clubs, happier teachers and solar panels on school roof. Much to be happy about. Bridget was good for Education. Good for kids. Good for teachers. Lucy Powell is a poor replacement.
