@realdylanwince Have a support group to do it with. Doing it alone has been so difficult for me, and I’m currently in year 3 trying to pass for the third time. You need people who can read your writings and give effective feedback. Otherwise, I don’t think it’s worth the money and time.

Teachers, go there. We went there today. It was raw, hard, and overwhelming. I don’t have all the knowledge. I am white talking to all students of color. But I can hold space for a conversation, and it’s my responsibility as an educator. If you didn’t today, do it tomorrow.
